Blue Boston Terrier Puppy Purchase Agreement

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Breeder Name] ("Breeder") and [Buyer Name] ("Buyer") for the sale and purchase of one blue Boston Terrier puppy ("Puppy").

## Puppy Information

- Registry: AKC 

- Sex: [Male/Female]

- Date of Birth: [MM/DD/YYYY]

- Sire: [Sire Name], AKC#: [Sire Number]

- Dam: [Dam Name], AKC#: [Dam Number]

## Purchase Price & Payment

The total purchase price for the Puppy is $[Price], to be paid as follows:

- Non-refundable deposit of $500 due upon execution of this Agreement

- Remaining balance of $[Balance] due when Puppy reaches 6 weeks of age

All payments shall be made via [Payment Methods]. Buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling expenses.

## Registration

The Puppy is purebred and registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC). Breeder agrees to provide Buyer with AKC registration papers. Buyer agrees to register the Puppy with the AKC, use Breeder's kennel name in the registered name, and provide Breeder with a copyof the registration[2].

## Health Guarantee

Breeder guarantees the Puppy to be in good health at the time of sale. Buyer has 72 hours to have the Puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the vet finds the Puppy to have a serious health issue, Buyer may return the Puppy for a full refund[4].

Breeder provides a 1 year health guarantee against any congenital defects that impact the quality of life of the Puppy. If such a defect is found and confirmed by a licensed vet, Breeder will replace the Puppy with one of equivalent value when available[4].

## Spay/Neuter & Breeding Rights

Puppy is sold with limited AKC registration. If limited, Puppy must be spayed/neutered by 6-11 month and is not to be bred. Breeding rights and full registration require an additional fee of $2000.00][1][3].

## Return Policy

If Buyer can no longer keep or care for the Puppy, for any reason and at any age, Puppy must be returned to Breeder. No refund will be provided[4]. Breeder will work with Buyer to rehome the Puppy if needed.

## Ongoing Communication

Buyer agrees to keep Breeder informed of any major health issues with the Puppy and to provide regular updates, including photos, to Breeder at least [frequency][5]. Buyer will notify Breeder immediately if Puppy is lost, stolen, or deceased.

## Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State]. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation chosen by Breeder before any legal proceedings[5].
